Returns Policy

Under the Australian Consumer Law if the customer receives a faulty product or service they are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.

All wines delivered to you by Mercer Wines are covered by our No Fuss Guarantee. Mercer Wines want you to enjoy your wines and know how much pride we take in ensuring quality wines.

Just call 1300 227 958 or email we’ll take care of returns for you by either delivery driver picking up from your door, or you dropping it at your local post office.

Mercer Wines accept returns from our Customers provided the following guidelines are met: The Customer must contact our Customer Service department within 3 months of the delivery and supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to collect the wine. Mercer Wines will then designate a carrier who will make arrangements by phone with the customer for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be packed as they were received, (If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the wine will do.) We do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, securely taped up and free from any dangerous materials, such as broken glass. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Mercer Wines, the customer’s account will be credited.

Undeliverable Wines

If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Mercer Wines, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
