Delivery Charges

We deliver all over Australia at a standard shipping rate of $10 per case. Wine Club Members receive free shipping always.

Our Delivery Carriers

We deliver through Fastway Couriers where possible. For PO Boxes or remote areas we use Australia Post. Your wine may be left for you as long as you leave specific details in your delivery instructions.

  • Sydney Metro, Newcastle & Gosford: 2-4 working days
  • Other NSW: 3-6 working days
  • Canberra, Melbourne Metro Areas: 2-3 working days
  • Brisbane, Adelaide Metro Areas: 3-6 working days
  • Other City and Regional Areas: 3-10 working days

State and regional COVID lockdowns have caused unprecedented delivery demand. Deliveries into some parts of Sydney, Central Coast and Regional NSW are delayed by up to 9 days and deliveries across Greater Melbourne are delayed by up to 4 days.

No Fuss Guarantee

If you find a wine that is faulty or damaged in your delivery we’ll replace it and cover shipping as soon as possible. If you find a wine you don’t like and you call to tell us why, we’ll replace or credit that wine in your next shipment.
