Crack open the Limited Release wines with your educational wine host at Mercer Wines Cellar Door – Paired with a delicious local Binnorie Cheese. Begin with the Mercer core range and lead onto our Limited Releases, a range honouring the established varieties of iconic NSW regions.

The debut wines showcased the Hunter Valley Semillon, Hunter Valley Shiraz and a Chardonnay both from Tumbarumba. For Mercer these wines are a passion project, only to be produced when great parcels of fruit come into the winery. They are built to be age-worthy and exemplary examples of a region. Often served by Alison or Aaron Mercer, this experience should be booked in advance so we can cater to your group.
