A modern expression of a classic Rosato style, this dry rosé is lifted by aromas of blood orange spice and peach rose petals. You’ll appreciate a fine structure and bright, citrus tang attributed to the young Nebbiolo vines from Central Ranges of NSW.
Nebbiolo has a low colour density and a spectrum that naturally falls into the salmon/orange range, meaning no fining is needed to make delectably coloured Rosato.
