The Mercer Spring Lunch is back and this year, we’re blooming across two full days.

Last year sold out. This year you get to choose your day.

Join us at the cellar door on Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th October 2026 for our Mercer Wines Spring Lunch – “In Full Bloom”!

This is a proper garden party in full bloom. Dancing tunes all afternoon from Anna Weatherup, delicate canapes and high tea desserts by local Hunter Valley artisans, a wine and spritz bar pouring new release Mercer wines from the moment you arrive, and a Best Dressed competition that we take very seriously around here.

Come for the oysters. Stay for the dancing. Leave with a wine and a camera full of memories.
