DESCRIPTION:A great night to be had full of delicious food and even more delicious wine.\n\nMercer Wines\, launched by locals Aaron and Alison Mercer\, have a unique collection of emerging varieties and modern favourites. Aaron began making wine in the Hunter Valley over 20 years ago\, scrubbing tanks and driving forklifts. Learning from local legends\, he soon realised the joy of making wine and has continued all over the world. Mercer is a Bellbird boy with an Environmental Science and Winemaking degree. The couple have travelled extensively with experience working in France\, Germany\, Canada and California. The Mercers opened a Pop Up Cellar Door in the Pokolbin in 2022 where you can taste their delicious wines and often say hello to the family.
